“ACM77,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the ACM77 platform and Alaska Crypto Mining LLC, an Alaska limited liability company formed on November 3, 2021, with perpetual duration and Alaska Entity #10178323.

This notice applies when you visit ACM77 web pages, create or access an account, install or use the ACM77 APP, review or purchase a displayed product, submit a task, participate in invitation or agency features, communicate with support, or otherwise interact with an official ACM77 destination.

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of ACM77 and information reasonably required to protect the platform. The exact information depends on the features you use and applicable legal or verification requirements.

Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or private wallet keys to support. ACM77 support should not request your private key or recovery phrase.

We may use information to provide and secure ACM77, communicate with you, administer products and tasks, maintain accurate account and reward records, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the user experience.

• Register, authenticate and maintain your account.
• Display product, task, invitation, reward and activity information.
• Review task submissions and process approved account credits.
• Detect duplicate accounts, identity misuse, coordinated abuse and unauthorized access.
• Respond to support, privacy, security and legal requests.
• Maintain records, diagnose technical problems and improve platform performance.
• Send necessary service notices and, where permitted, selected platform communications.

We seek to use information in a manner reasonably connected to the purpose for which it was collected, the operation and protection of ACM77, your instructions and applicable law.

To protect users, task funds, invitation rewards and platform records, ACM77 may compare identity, contact, device, network, payment or wallet, activity and behavioral signals. A single signal may not establish misuse; linked evidence may be reviewed together and, where appropriate, by a human reviewer.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating or operating duplicate, linked, synthetic or nominee accounts.
• Borrowing another person’s identity, documents, device, contact details, payment method or wallet information.
• Using emulators, device resets, virtual machines, VPNs, proxies, automation or other methods to evade account controls.
• Farming new-user, task, invitation, agency, promotional or referral rewards.
• Coordinating accounts to create false invitation relationships, false task activity or misleading transaction records.
• Submitting altered, recycled, fabricated or third-party task evidence.

When review is required, ACM77 may:

ACM77 may preserve relevant records and disclose them when required by valid legal process. Any remaining balance or account record will be handled according to applicable law, verified platform records and any governing service terms. This notice does not authorize the arbitrary confiscation of lawful user property.

ACM77 may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, customer service, identity or fraud review, payment or wallet processing, professional advice and platform operations. Providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their work and are expected to protect it under applicable obligations.

Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, court orders or valid governmental requests; protect users, ACM77 or others; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce platform rules; or support a corporate reorganization, financing, acquisition or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

ACM77 does not publish your identity documents, account credentials or private account information as public platform content. We do not represent that every service provider is located in Alaska; information may be processed in other jurisdictions where ACM77 or its providers operate.

ACM77 uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet service, device, wallet, communication channel or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your password, device, email, verification codes, wallet credentials and recovery information. Notify official ACM77 support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may contact ACM77 to request information about your account data, correct inaccurate information, close your account, object to selected non-essential communications or ask a privacy question. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law, security needs and lawful record-retention requirements.

Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. ACM77 will evaluate verified requests under the law that applies to the individual and the relevant processing activity. We may retain information needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain transaction or reward records, meet legal obligations or protect platform security after an account is closed.

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies may be used for session continuity, language and device preferences, analytics and security. Browser or device controls may limit some technologies, but disabling essential storage may prevent login or platform features from working correctly.

This notice is designed with reference to applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Alaska, including Alaska’s Personal Information Protection Act, consumer-protection rules and electronic-transactions framework. Other laws may apply according to a user’s location, the service involved and the facts of a specific matter.

Electronic acceptance, records and communications may be used where permitted by law. This notice does not limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

We may update this notice to reflect platform, security, legal or operational changes. The revised notice will display a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, APP, email or another appropriate channel.
